Why Epiow exists

Collaboration software fragmented into inboxes, spreadsheets and a dozen logins. Epiow puts the work back into one workspace: an OS where apps install, the agent works under grants, and the platform enforces identity, permissions and isolation underneath everything.

How we build

Three habits behind the product

Each habit shows up on the product pages.

  • Clear catalog layers

    The catalog shows planned apps, installable apps and live apps as three separate numbers. A planned app is never presented as a shipped one.

  • Specific claims

    Security and privacy claims name the part of the system that delivers them: database isolation, frame policy, the audit log.

  • Limits stated up front

    Where a feature has a limit, the limit is written next to it. Pricing lists what a plan does not include; the status page lists degradations.

Global product, local rules

Epiow has no home market. Country rules - payroll contributions, tax returns, statutory leave and privacy law - come as jurisdiction packs that a workspace turns on. Hong Kong is the first pack in production: MPF, IR56 filings, Employment Ordinance leave and PDPO. The public site ships in six locale variants today.
