Widgets come from the apps you have installed, so the home screen shows your work instead of a layout someone else chose.

Ask across your apps
One assistant that can see what you can see — leave, approvals, invoices, rosters — instead of opening five windows to answer one question.
Ask in plain language and get an answer from the apps you already installed.
Start work in the same flow: draft a request, fill a form, propose a change — it goes through your normal approvals.
The assistant can only do what the person can do: its access is a subset of theirs, and an action an app has not declared is refused.
Agents work under the same permissions as people. The same checks decide what they may see and do, and what they do is recorded in the audit trail.

One place changes happen
Every change to a shared record goes through one authorized path, so two apps cannot hold two versions of the same fact — and no screen can write around it.
Apps cannot reach into each other
Each app declares what it needs and receives only that. One app's records never become another app's data by accident.
A record of who did what
Installs, approvals, permission changes and payroll runs are recorded with who, what and when — evidence you can read, not screenshots you have to collect.
Money counted exactly
Payroll, pension contributions and invoices are calculated with exact decimal arithmetic, never floating point, so totals reconcile to the cent.
Install the workspace as an app
Pin the whole workspace, or one app, to a home screen. It opens on its own with the same sign-in — no second account to administer.

Your data stays your organization's
Isolation is a property of the database, not a setting on a page.
Tenant isolation at the database layer
Every record carries your organization's identity, and the database itself refuses to return another organization's rows — even if application code asked it to.
A security policy for every app
Each app runs in its own frame under a policy built from what that app declared it needs. An app cannot quietly load scripts or send data to services it never declared.
Permission prompts you can see
Sensitive capabilities are requested explicitly — what is being asked for, and by which app — and can be refused.
Every action recorded
The Audit Log keeps who changed what, when and from where, for the actions your auditor asks about.
Privacy law, per jurisdiction
Privacy rules come with each jurisdiction pack. The Hong Kong pack follows PDPO and the PCPD's codes of practice for HR data: collect what the purpose needs, keep it for the period the law requires, and support access and correction.

What is Epiow?
A workspace that runs in the browser like an operating system. You install the apps you need instead of buying one fixed suite.
How do apps install?
From the App Center, one app at a time. Administrators install for the whole organization; people can add personal tools to their own launcher. Installing never asks you to sign in again, and removing an app removes the data that app owned.
Who can see my data?
Only people whose role allows it, and only inside your own organization. Every record is scoped to your organization at the database layer, sensitive apps ask for permission explicitly, and every change is written to the Audit Log.
What can the AI assistant do?
Ask questions across the apps you can already see — leave balances, pending approvals, spend, rosters — and let it start work such as drafting a request or filling a form. An agent's access is a subset of the person's, and an action an app has not declared is refused.
How much does it cost, and how do I start?
