Managed and locked

Your organisation decides what each role gets.

Choose the apps and actions for each role, fix the desktop and branding, lock idle screens, keep a device to one workspace and turn off downloads or printing. On managed ChromeOS, Chrome, Edge or Windows kiosk devices, the whole device runs only Epiow.

Guardians and managers

Healthy limits that actually hold.

Epiow lets guardians and managers set access hours, daily time limits and always-allowed apps, and see clear usage reports. The limits are enforced by the server, not just hidden on screen, and "Ask for more time" sends a request that one tap approves.

Controlled browser

The web, limited to the sites you allow.

Set an allow-list, and people browse only those sites: your intranet, learning videos, the tools you trust. Anything else is simply not there. On managed devices, allowed sites open in locked browser windows.

Security and data

Built like infrastructure, not like a website.

Each organisation is its own tenant with row-level security on every table. One Rust service is the only thing that can change your data. AI runs only through the Sylphx AI gateway, and your data stays in the region your workspace chose.
