For organisation plans and the HK Payroll add-on, monthly billing costs more than the annual rate, and both prices are shown. Personal and household plans have their own monthly prices. Annual billing is charged for twelve months in advance.
Organisation prices exclude VAT and other sales taxes, which are added at the rate that applies. Personal and household prices include VAT in the United Kingdom and the European Union.
Yes. Change or cancel in the Billing app. An upgrade applies at once, and a downgrade at the end of the billing period. Consumers can also cancel within 14 days of ordering.
